About the resort

About See

In the charming village of See, a little away from the bustle of the big ski regions, winter sports fans and their families will find an interesting prospect. See is still a small, quiet village somewhat off the beaten track. Those in the know, however, are aware that this is a great place for a relaxing winter holiday with plenty of fun. An absolute must is the Fire & Ice-Show during night skiing. The See ski area has 33 km of superbly groomed pistes reaching up to 2,450 m and is big enough to enjoy different kinds of winter activities. At the same time it is small enough to count as a family resort. Nobody gets lost in See, which families with children especially appreciate. Another asset of See is the excellent ski area for young guests, combined with a ski kindergarten. Snowboarders and freeriders can let off steam in the fun park. After dark See has a special atmosphere. Once a week extra attractions are laid on for those who like skiing at night. The floodlit piste becomes a stage for night skiers, who are also invited to the Fire & Ice-Show with fireworks. And of course an evening in an alpine hut is a must. Few people know that See has one of the longest natural toboggan runs in the whole of Tyrol. Guests in See use special Ski-Hit passes, which include extra benefits such as carving courses or the chance to test the latest ski models at a good price. Source: austria.info
