Photo: Czarna Góra. In 1996 one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in Poland opened in Lower Silesia, in the eastern Sudetes, in the Śnieżnik Massif. Czarna Góra is a picturesque place where we offer 2 ski areas and 6 pistes of varying difficulty, from FIS-homologated runs for seasoned skiers to gentle slopes for learning. The pistes add up to more than 10 km! There are 3 chairlifts, 7 button lifts and 4 "Baby lift" conveyors for children. More than 80 snow cannons and lances and 3 piste bashers keep the pistes in top condition! In 2016 the old two-seater "Babcia" chairlift was replaced by a heated six-seater. There is also no shortage of places to hire winter equipment and GoPro cameras. For those who want to learn to ski or improve their skills, there is an authorised ski school with teaching bases at 4 points, where qualified instructors will do their utmost to keep their students happy. Since 25 December 2014 the resort has had Poland's longest year-round alpine coaster, with the charming name "Czarna Żmija" (Black Viper). It is 950 m long and a great attraction for adults and children alike. It is also worth mentioning that in 2015 the Czarna Góra Ski Resort won a prestigious award in the international World Ski Awards. We have also prepared plenty of surprises for our youngest guests! Right next to the "Jędruś" lift you can go sledging under floodlights, using the "Baby Lift" conveyor. The resort also has a Native American village, playgrounds and, at the very top of the Tignes apartment building, the "Śnieżynka" children's playroom. Another attraction that will cheer up visitors of every age and put them in great spirits: two SNOW TUBING runs! The resort has an extensive choice of food and drink: since 2015 this has included the "Karczma Czarna Góra" and "Zapiecek" restaurants in the Villa Czarna Góra, 2 Ski Bars that are busy throughout the winter season, the "La Sienna" restaurant with a delicatessen on the Osiedle Czarna Góra Apartamenty estate and the restaurant at the Hotel Morwa. Fans of waffles and quick snacks will also find something to their taste. Czarna Góra also has plenty of accommodation! In 2015 the "Villa Czarna Góra" opened right next to the KL chairlift, with 18 comfortably furnished rooms. The resort also includes the Osiedle Czarna Góra estate, made up of 243 apartments finished to a 4-star standard. They are spread over 6 completed buildings, each with a lift, a sauna, a hobby room and a ski room. In addition, by the end of 2016 construction will be completed on the Condohotel Czarna Góra, with 142 apartments and a large SPA & Wellness area with a swimming pool, saunarium and massage rooms, a conference complex, a children's playroom, an audiovisual room, a restaurant and a bar with a year-round terrace. We also welcome guests to the Hotel Morawa, just 200 m from the reservoir in Stara Morawa and 2.5 km from the Bear Cave in Kletno. The hotel also has a SPA & Wellness area with a swimming pool, saunarium, massage rooms and conference rooms.
