About the resort

About Alpe Cermis

Alpe Cermis is part of the Val di Fiemme/San Floriano group of ski areas. The Val di Fiemme, in the north-east of the Trentino region and picturesquely surrounded by the Latemar, Lagorai and Pale di San Martino ranges, is often called the "gateway to the Dolomites" and offers more than 100 km of pistes at altitudes from 860 m to 2,450 m, 98% of which have snowmaking. The Dolomiti Superski pass is valid in the region, which means you can use the 1,200 km of pistes of the world's largest ski circuit. The Alpe Cermis resort, on the slopes of Palon (2,250 m) in the Lagorai range, will certainly meet the expectations of those who go skiing with children. The wide, not very steep pistes are perfect for learning and having fun. Especially for the youngest, Alpe Cermis has created the "Cermislandia" ski road, where you can meet... fairy-tale characters. In total, Alpe Cermis offers skiers 8 blue pistes, 5 red and 2 black. Particularly recommended is the black Pista Olimpia in Cavalese: 7,200 m long, with a vertical drop of 1,350 m. Steep pitches separate gentler sections where you can stop and admire the panorama of the whole Val di Fiemme. On the north-facing slopes you can ski right into spring.
