The new ALPIN CARD NAVIGATOR
From winter 2020/21, the 3 premium ski regions Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun (a network included with the ALPIN CARD) will guide you to your desired destination via mobile and digital means over all mountains and downhill runs. Even if you lose your bearings along the way, or are looking for a particular hut, or just want to make turns on a blue piste: "The APP is the Map." Always with you, always helpful, with voice messaging and all the functions of a road navigation system.
You call the shots
After about one year of intensive development, the free ALPIN CARD NAVIGATOR App is available for iOS and Android with the start of the winter season 2020/21. This means that the entire piste network of the 3 premium ski regions Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun will be available with all important information at all times: positioning, destination guidance, choice of route, highlights. The innovative app, with its three categories (lifts, huts and attractions), offers quick access to the desired theme, leads to more detailed descriptions, and allows you to enter intermediate destinations.
Arrive safely at your destination
For example, suppose you are standing on a piste in the Skicircus and want to cross the Schmittenhöhe to the Kitzsteinhorn. In that case, the app shows you the way including downhill runs, lifts, and any bus connections. The app also suggests different levels of difficulty for the desired route, each with an estimated time. This way, the descent can be chosen individually according to your own ability. Then press start and off you go. Directions are given via voice message over the headphones during the journey, or you can stop and check the situation on your smartphone at your leisure. The app also factors closed lift connections into the navigation system. It informs you of these closures by means of a push message.
In combination with the new piste guidance system in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which was introduced last winter season, this enables easy, fast, and safe progress in the ski area, especially for children and young people.
