The small village of Suche, near Poronin, has only recently begun to develop skiing more seriously. Lifts have stood here for a dozen or so years, riding the great fashion for skiing in Podhale, but only lately have even single lifts started to offer a full range of services (pistes, rental shops, ski service, food), creating the many micro-resorts found in the region. One of them is Suche-Ski "U Jędrola". Regulars in Poronin used to know these lifts as Cabanówka; they now operate under a new name. They sit on the north-facing slopes of the ridge that runs down from Gubałówka towards Poronin. The longer lift is about 450 metres long with a vertical drop of about 70 metres, and two pistes run down beside it, separated by a narrow strip of trees. Next to it, in a separate clearing, there is a short 100-metre lift for children, with a special sledging area for the youngest. The slope is floodlit, covered by snowmaking and groomed. The resort has an equipment rental shop, a restaurant and a traditional highland hut. The "U Jędrola" guesthouse next to the lift offers accommodation for skiers. The resort's great advantage is its location, only 500 metres from the zakopianka (the main road to Zakopane), and it also matters that the north-facing aspect keeps the pistes in good condition for most of the day.
In the 2026/27 season a one-day adult pass costs PLN 140 (prices).
The pistes run from 779 m to 857 m, a vertical drop of 78 m.
Suche-Ski u Jędrola has 1 km of pistes, served by 3 lifts.
