3 Zinnen Dolomites: 9 days in South Tyrol (Vlog #062)

Holzriese, the steepest piste in Italy. Skiing down it gets the adrenaline going, let alone driving down this steep slope in a piste basher! I had the pleasure of sitting next to Uli, the snowcat driver who for many years has made sure that Holzriese always offers great skiing conditions, and of going down a slope whose gradient exceeds 80% in winter.

I also invite you to feed the only herd of reindeer in Italy, which run about on Croda Rosa; yes, they really do roam free, as you will see in the film. For lunch I take you to the Kurnik (the Henhouse), where I explain how to eat big dumplings properly so as not to offend the landlady :) There is also a competition with an original 3 Zinnen Dolomites jacket to win!
