Following a year away, Mathieu Faivre returns to the HEAD Worldcup Rebels. With HEAD, the French athlete won three World Championship titles and an Olympic Bronze medal. Also new to the HEAD team are Meta Hrovat from Slovenia, Armand Marchant from Belgium, and Camille Rast from Switzerland.

Austrian ski manufacturer Atomic emerged as the winningest brand of the 2022/23 season on the Alpine Ski World Cup, with 31 victories and 6 globes to it’s name. The Redster team's success was led by Mikaela Shiffrin, who won 14 of the team's victories and set a new personal best for season points with 2206. Shiffrin's impressive performance earned her the big globe for the Overall World Cup, as well as globes for slalom and giant slalom races. She also continued to reset the all-time record for most WC wins and is now at 88 total victories.

The HEAD Worldcup Rebels write another chapter in skiing history in the 2022/23 season. With 8,750 points, HEAD once again clearly wins the FIS Brand Ranking. At the highlight of the season, the World Championships in Courchevel/Meribel, the HEAD team was also the best ski brand with 13 individual medals. In the World Cup, the Rebels were on the podium 67 times - even more than last season. Johan Clarey is "Rebel of the Year".

This is the fourth time the Swiss athlete takes overall victory in this discipline. Vincent Kriechmayr won his fourth Downhill of the season in Wednesday's final. For Johan Clarey, this was his final race, summing up an impressive 20-year career in the World Cup. Lara Gut-Behrami finished third in the Downhill on Wednesday, Ragnhild Mowinckel was also third in the Super-G on Thursday.

Alexis Pinturault is all set for the World Cup Finals with two podium finishes in the Giant Slalom. The French athlete raced to second place in Kranjska Gora on Saturday and third place on Sunday. The HEAD Worldcup Rebels celebrated three podium finishes at the women's events in Aare: Sara Hector came third in the Giant Slalom on Friday, Wendy Holdener was second in the Slalom on Saturday and Anna Swenn-Larsson finished third.

ONE WAY athletes earned three gold, two silver, and one bronze medal at the Nordic Ski World Championships in Planica, Slovenia. Sweden’s Emma Ribom impressed with a sensational performance and took home the complete set of all three medals.
On the final day of the World Ski Championships, the largest cross-country ski event in the world, the Vasaloppet, was taking place in Sweden. Norwegians Emilie Fleten and Silje Øyre Slind were able to celebrate taking the top two spots.
